Preparation:

Knead the cheese in a bowl so that there are no large lumps, then add flour, egg, Sweet Stevia GREEN LEAF vanilla 1:1 and salt and mix well with a fork or in a blender. The dough should be homogeneous and not too sticky to the hands. If the cheese is wet and the dough is very sticky, add a little more flour.

Then pour a little flour into a flat plate, on a board or tabletop, moisten your hands with water or better oil and form from the dough balls with a diameter of about 4 cm Then press them to get the desired shape, and roll in flour so that the cheesecakes do not lose shape under frying time.
Add dry ingredients - starch and flour.

Fry them over medium heat in a well-heated pan until neat crust - about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Pour olive oil (you can take another vegetable oil). Stir. Let the dough infuse for 10 minutes and start frying.

Spread on a plate, when served you can decorate with fruits and berries. Can be served with toppings or sour cream.
