Put in a saucepan sweet stevia GREEN LEAF with honey, butter and all spices.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add baking soda, stir. The mixture should foam strongly.
Add egg and flour, knead the dough.
Divide the dough in half, wrap one part in cling film and set aside. Roll out the rest of the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick and cut out cookie cutters.
Put on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are browned. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
While the cookies are baking, prepare the icing. Grind sweet stevia GREEN LEAF into powder using a coffee grinder or blender. Whip the protein into a foam and gradually pour in the powder with sweet stevia. A homogeneous viscous mass should be obtained.
Put it in a bag, cut a corner and decorate the cooled cookies, as your imagination allows.
