Healthy sweet
Beat eggs with salt and Sweet Stevia GREEN LEAF 1: 1.
Add milk at room temperature and mix.
Add dry ingredients - starch and flour.
Bring the composition to a homogeneous texture without lumps. You can stir vigorously with a whisk, or use a mixer.
Pour olive oil (you can take another vegetable oil). Stir. Let the dough infuse for 10 minutes and start frying.
Heat a frying pan. Pour a portion of the dough and quickly distribute the liquid composition in a circle. Keep on fire a little below average until the bottom is ruddy.
Then turn over and bring to readiness the other side. Before baking each pancake, mix the dough so that the thick part does not fall to the bottom.
