Cut pita into small pieces. Add 125g of cheese, eggs, sweet stevia GREEN LEAF 1:1, milk and half a cherry. Stir.
If the cheese is not soft but ordinary in a glass, then break it in a blender with milk until smooth.
Spread on a frying pan and fry for about 10 minutes on low heat. Carefully move to a plate as well as gently back to the pan. Fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Transfer to a plate, grease with cheese and garnish with berries.
